Okay, better late than never, I'm catching up on all your LJ happenings. *lol*

Glad Mikey got his new glasses sorted. Did they come in time for picture day? And did you manage to order some back-up pairs online?

Can't wait to see his school photos. ^_^

Yay for starting GoT, I'm glad you're liking it so far. I'm now on the first chapter of the third book. I'll comment on your other thoughts as I get to the entries. ^_~

Sounds like you had a good time at Acapulco; I wish we had a decent Mexican place around here.

OMG ... blasphemy ... too much cheese? Is that even possible! *rotfl*

I found the supertaster thing really interesting.

Sounds like you had fun seeing the Toy Story double feature in 3D. And you're right, nothing beats movie theater popcorn.

Its nice just to chill out with family, isn't it. glad you had fun at Bunny and John's.

He's eleven years old; shouldn't he be past the "hates bathing" stage? Thoughts?

No, I think that'd be fairly typical of an eleven year-old boy and is probably only going to get worse as he hits his teens. That is until he notices girls and wants to impress them by looking/ smelling good.

But then again, what do I know ... I have a six-year-old boy who loves bathing and cleaning his room! *lol*

I saw your later comment on the new manager, and I'm glad she's fitting in well. Hopefully, things at work will start to improve for you now.

Hope you had fun at Beth's. I think if I had friends I could watch sports with etc. I'd probablly like football a lot more. Than again, American football seems a lot more interesting than English soccer.
