And that's a wrap...
So.
Hubby is reading DH. He went ahead and read all the spoilers on Wikipedia and everything the day it came out - he had to wait till I read the book before he got it. So now he's reading it to get all the little things the spoilers missed.
He picks me up from work every day, and today he had the book with him. I get in the car and he closes it, and I hear a tortured sigh. I look at him, and he goes, "I just finished reading the part with Snape's memories."
And he starts driving, and we're discussing it, and he said, "I think what got me most is the, 'After all this time?' and Snape's reply," and I just quoted, "Always."
And my huge, strong, completely manly husband nearly begins sobbing. Like, the kind where you're trying not to cry but it's not working. His face is red, he's refusing - refusing - to look at me, and he's stopped at a light and rubbing at his eyes like a child.
I've only ever seen him cry like that twice before - and it made me grin this time, too. *LOL* It reminds me that there are some things that are just too much for him to take in stoically, things that touch him so deeply he can't keep it in, and it makes me love him all the more.
Okay, enough of the girly stuff.
Today was Mikey's last bowling day. He's done worse the last few weeks, but ahh, well. He got his very own bowling ball tonight - it's got Donkey from Shrek on it. It's pretty cool - when we get a picture, I'll post it.
And it's almost vacation time. Just over a week, and we'll be on our way out East. Can't wait, can't wait, can't wait... XD
And as a side note, I changed my layout a while ago. It's pretty, but we'll see how long I stick with it. Hehehehe... ;)

He wasn't so upset with the whole forest scene, but that may be because he'd already seen the spoilers, so it wasn't such a surprise. Who knows? ;)
