We're watching Globe Trekker before bed, and this episode is Merrilees, traveling around Scandinavia and trying all sorts of amazing food. She was just up in the Arctic circle with a Sami reindeer herding family, and they were cooking up some reindeer meat, including a tongue.
Merrilees was tasting the tongue once it was cooked; this is when Boychild looked at us and announced, "It's like they're having sex, then!" ...
After some discussion, "sex" is when two people kiss with their tongues.
He starts the sixth grade tomorrow, and turns twelve this coming Saturday. My friends, his ideas about sex and what it actually is have evolved over the years, but he is still in for a very rude awakening! XD.
