psyche29Day 16 – Your First Kiss
I wasn't kissed till I was nineteen years old...maybe twenty. It was in college - at a party - on the floor behind the couch, by Shad, the guy I had a thing for. I remember lying on the floor behind the couch because the guys were done tossing darts and I was tired and already had a beer down my pants. Put there, ironically enough, by Shad and Aaron. *LOL* And he searched me out a while later, and cozied up to me, and then suddenly kissed me. His lips tasted like beer and soft. And he wasn't drunk. I knew my friends in college well enough that I knew whether they'd had too much or not...and he hadn't. I remember grinning, then getting up to go pee, then going into the bedroom where Jessie was hugging Chris's pillow, and telling her, and she shrieked and hugged me. Isn't it funny, the things we remember?
He kissed me again that night, out by Tony's car - Tony was bringing me and Jamie back to the dorm. Just lips on lips, both times - but it was still incredible, to me. I still sigh thinking about it. As far as first kisses go, I think it was pretty sweet. ;)
