Saw Prince Caspian again last night. Hubby wanted to go to a movie, and Mikey was so upset at having missed it on Sunday (Matt took him home before it started because he'd puked all over the theatre floor) that we went again.
Not that I'm complaining; I had to see it, hear it. Again.
Can't stop humming the song near the end - have to get my hands on the album - and on the DVD as soon as it comes out. Now the question is: Can I wait that long? *sigh*
Now we're back to the beginning
It's just a feeling and no one knows yet
But just because they can't feel it too
Doesn't mean that you have to forget
Let your memories grow stronger and stronger
Till they're before your eyes
You'll come back when they call you
No need to say goodbye
I'll come back when you call me
No need to say goodbye
Not that I'm complaining; I had to see it, hear it. Again.

Date: 2008-05-21 09:00 pm (UTC)Prince Caspian...oh, Clare, it's so, so good. It's wonderful on its own merits, but as someone religious it just punched me in the heart. I have to see it again. Here's hoping June 26th comes quickly for you!
And he's fine now, thanks. My previous entry details Mikey's "sick" a little better, but ultimately, it was an upset stomach. *rolls eyes*
*hugs back* :)

Well, I'm a big Marvel fan, so I'm pretty excited about Ironman. The trailers look great. I also can't wait to see Dark Knight.
OMG! Prince Caspian isn't out unil 26th June here? Well, I guess I can wait until then and if not, I'll see if I can get it 'elsewhere'! ;) Chances are, I'll probably do that anyway, we don't go to the cinema often.
I too love the religious elements in the Narnia books - esp 'The Last Battle' so I'll be looking out for them in the film! ;)
Glad to hear Mikey is all better now, and I read your other post on what was wrong. Ick...Is'nt it horrible when your kids are sick? Nathan was ill at the weekend too. But at least both our boys are better now and we got everything sorted out! ^_~

Date: 2008-05-21 09:18 pm (UTC)The trailers did look great for Ironman. Haven't seen any for Dark Knight, though. Will probably wait for that one on DVD, personally.
And Prince Caspian, Katy (the commenter above you) posted that you guys don't have it till June 26th, so I assumed that was true for all of England, not just where she is. *hehe*
Tha Last Battle - gosh, I hope they do all seven movies. Serious hotness of those guys aside
(no I do not drool at the sight of William Moseley's sexy mouth), they are so, so wonderful. I can't even come up with a better descriptor, they just make my heart sing and shout and laugh and cry. It's awful when they're sick...I believe I even informed Kaz - at four AM my time, when I was STILL up with him - that I didn't wanna be a mom anymore. *LOL*
*huggles back* XD

Date: 2008-05-21 09:25 pm (UTC)Again, I'm a bit of a comic book geek and all the trailers I've seen for Dark Knight look awesome. It makes me so sad that Heath Ledger died not long after making it. :(
I'm not really up on when movies are relased, I hardly even know what day of the week it is! :P So, I'll take Katy word for it! ;)
I haven't really found any of the Narnia guys hot actually. To be honest, as much as I liked the first film, I thought it was lacking some of the magic of the books. But then I can't think of one book to movie adaptation I've actually liked. I guess I'll make a real judgement after I've seen it.
Awww :( Yes, it is hard, especially when they keep you up all night. At least you had Matt and your sister to help though. :D
