A few weeks ago, we went to the Sesame Street exhibit at the Children's Museum - took several pics, these were some of the best:

This one might have been cuter if it had said "Sesame Street was brought to you today by..." But even so, this was pretty cute on its own. *LOL*

This last week, Amanda's Animal Behavior class had their last project. They had to get into groups of two or more (Amanda, being the quintessential people-hater she is, was in a group of two), and each group was given a baby chick. Their task for the week? Teach the chick to perform a trick. At the end of the week, they were able to keep the chicks if they wanted. I work with someone who owns a hobby farm and she may be able to take the chick, so Amanda brought it home.

She and Matt made me hold it - after which I washed my hands in scalding water (farm animals, remember?) - but it IS really cute, and it's noisy.

Until now. Gunther has found his or her (not sure if it's a boy or girl) happy place.

On my husband. Isn't it the cutest thing? *giggles*

Is it wrong that I adore it when tiny things curl up to sleep on my big man? XD

They set it on my lap yesterday and laughed when I leaned as far away as I could, the evil demons. And THEN! Matt (loving hubby, spawn of Satan) picked it up and tossed it on my tummy (that's how far I was leaning back!), and laughed hysterically when I started crying.

And Amanda, the demon wench - said he should've been recording it! Honestly, no respect for the terror, here. *giggles* And yes, I know it's funny. It just wasn't while it was happening. ;)
