Have I mentioned my kid is hilarious?

We were in the car tonight on the way home, talking about a coupon we got in the mail today for a free chocolate bar. Mikey pipes up, "Hey, do you like Grande bars?"
Grande, of course, he pronounces in Spanish - just so you grasp the hilarity of this.
So we tell him that no, we have never in our lives heard of a "Grande" bar, and he replies, "Seriously? You guys haven't seen the commercial for it?"
"Didn't we just say that, Mike? We DON'T KNOW what a Grande bar is!"
"Well, they have this jingle, it goes, 'What would you do for a Grande bar?'"
Silence in the car.
Then laughter - HE MEANT A KLONDIKE BAR!!
And let's see, seven-day meme:
For one week, recommend/share:
Day 1: a song
Day 2: a picture
Day 3: a book/ebook/fanfic
Day 4: a site
Day 5: a youtube clip
Day 6: a quote
Day 7: whatever tickles your fancy
Day 4: a site:
I should really post about it more, as I'm an admin there and I love it. I'm talking about Obliviate, of course. It's a small forum that started out as a Harry Potter-centric place, but has really evolved into an all-around place. We have graphics contests and other fun things, a market where you can spend galleons you've earned through posting, an arcade with games to play and of course, good discussion on many different topics.
We would LOVE to see more people there, so please check it out!
Tomorrow we're going to Bunny & John's to celebrate a belated Canadian Thanksgiving (hubby is Canadian). It's really more of an excuse for Bunny to cook a metric shit-ton of food for a bunch of people, and as it's Bunny's cooking, we'll be there with bells on - but of course, it's all good.
OK, I'm in the middle of Ned's chapter, where he's going around and asking questions, and the Hand's tourney is going on.
Ask me questions, I don't even know where to begin.
OK, that's it for now. Hope you all have a good weekend!

Man, you guys are so lucky. Canadian Thanksgiving, American Thanksgiving and Christmas too. I wish I had that many excuses to eat good food. Hope you have an awesome time at Bunny and John's.

I liked the Hand's tourney. Ser Loras Tyrell (the Knight of Flowers) is fun, and getting some extra backstory on the Hound was great.
What did you think of the Hound's backstory and his brother? For me, that was a turning point, and I started to like the Hound more.

That's the point where I started liking the Hound too. His brother sounds like a right psycho, though.
