She's gone. About twenty minutes ago, thank you, Lord.

True to form, she waited till everyone had gone home to shower and eat a meal. *rolls eyes*

But anyway, it's over. Thanks, all, for letting me vent today. I may have to do it more over the next week, but at least she's not just lingering anymore.

I know when my Grandad died it was more of a relief because he, like your grandma, had been ready for a while, but it was still very sad. It'll be four years on Thursday and I know I'll be upset on the anniversary. So vent whenever you need, we're here for you *hugs*

Echoing what superbeffie said, I'm both sorry and happy for you. I'm sorry you've lost your Grandma, but pleased she's now at peace and that you can begin to move on with your grief.
