Men and GPS devices.
Especially when a man buys one for the car, then obeys it to the exclusivity of all common sense.
*rolls eyes, sighs, then laughs*
It said, "Turn left." But then he missed the next few words, which were, "In five hundred feet." So he turned left. Into oncoming traffic. *dies of a heart attack* Thankfully, there were no cars coming, and he was able to swerve into a parking lot. Also thank God there were no cops around, because WHOO, would he have heard it from me then! *LOL*
On Friday evening, we went out to eat. We knew where the restaurant was, we've been there before. Several times. He plugs it into the GPS anyway, because he wants "to see how it says to get there."
*sigh*
It takes us to the middle of nowhere, and my sister begins laughing when the GPS speaks to him and says, "You have arrived at your destination." She'd just seen a sign for the town we wanted, and it said it was three miles BEHIND us.
Hubby stares intently at the GPS and in a quiet, serious voice says to it, "You lied to me."
I've been laughing since. *ROTFL*
