psyche29Been meaning to do this for a while, now; happened to have a few minutes and thought I'd get to it. ;) Settle in for a few minutes and listen to some of my favorites.

I found this about a month ago onwyldbutterflies' journal, and Angora gave me the letter "L." Good choice, Angora. *thumbs up*
1. Little Wonders - Rob Thomas (from the Meet the Robinsons soundtrack)
This song brings tears almost every time, and it's only made better by the fact that Rob Thomas is performing it. I love that man's voice, and the song is absolutely gorgeous.
2. Love Like This - Natasha Bedingfield, featuring Sean Kingston
Loved this song from the first moment I heard it; it's probably the most played of my entire music library.
3. Land of Confusion - Disturbed
This is actually a cover of the song by Genesis. Both are excellent and I love the original as well as this remake, but this one has a harder, edgier quality to it. The "official" video doesn't have an embedding link, so I found another - it's the exact official video, but like someone flipped the negatives around, so don't let the backwards feel throw you off.
4. Life Is A Highway - Rascal Flatts
Another coveryes, I happen to generally love covers, this one from the Cars soundtrack. It's clean and clear and I love cranking it up - where else? - in the car.
5. Leave It All To Me - Miranda Cosgrove, featuring Drake Bell
We watch a lot of Disney and Nickelodeon in my house... What? I have an eleven-year-old. And anyway, several of the shows are quite amusing. This is the theme song from iCarly, though it's the full version, not just the shortened theme itself. Miranda Cosgrove isn't really that remarkable a singer, but still - the song? Good stuff.
6. Letter To My Daughters - Uncle Kracker
One of the sweetest songs I've heard, this one kills me every time. There's no official video for it, and this was the best I could find.
So? Hate 'em? Love 'em? I'm interested. Feel free to give me another letter, and to ask for your own letter. I'd like to know what y'all like to listen to, as well! ;)
