Something That Makes You Feel Better
Not being at work. Curling up in bed early with a few well-read, well-thumbed, dog-eared books, a handheld game system and some games within reach, my laptop and power cord nearby, and notebooks and pens handy. Snuggling into my loveseat with a blanket, some spiced chai, a bottle of Coke and some good movies. A bowl of buttery mashed potatoes is good with the movie thing, too. Turning on some music and dancing like no one's watching - which, of course, means "like an idiot," but hey, it makes me happy.
